About

Rachel M. Harrison

I’m Rachel M. Harrison — a trauma‑informed coach, editorial architect,
and energetic analyst. My work centers on clarity, sovereignty, and the quiet power
that comes from finally hearing your own voice without distortion.

I help clients untangle the internal noise, rebuild their boundaries, and step into a
version of themselves that feels grounded, steady, and unmistakably true. My approach
is direct, compassionate, and rooted in clean energetic structure — no chaos, no
emotional labor, no performance.

Before coaching, I spent years working as a writer, editor, and narrative strategist.
That background shaped the way I work: I see patterns quickly, I hear what’s underneath
the words, and I help people articulate the truth they’ve been circling for years.

I’m currently completing my B.S. in Psychology, and I hold multiple
certifications in trauma, crisis response, leadership, and coaching. I’m also an
ordained minister and a Reiki Master — not because I wanted titles, but because I
wanted range. I wanted to understand the human experience from every angle:
psychological, energetic, narrative, and relational.

My clients come to me when they’re tired of abandoning themselves. When they’re ready
to stop shrinking. When they’re done carrying dynamics that drain them. When they want
their life back — not the version they were taught to perform, but the one that
actually fits.

If you’re ready for clarity, boundaries, and self‑leadership that feels grounded and
sustainable, you’re in the right place.
